What you can expect
Time appropriate to the issue
A repeat script and a significant concern or worry are not the same appointment, so we do not book them the same way. A rough idea is all reception needs to book the right length of time. If you would rather not say, just ask for a longer appointment.
Transparent fees and flexible appointment lengths
Gum Medical is a mixed-billing practice. Some services are bulk billed and some have an out-of-pocket cost, and the fee follows the length of the appointment. Our consultation fees are published in full on the appointments and fees page, so you can check the cost before you book. For procedures and other services, ask reception when you book. If you take regular medication or have a chronic health condition, our chronic condition management plans and health assessments are valuable tools to help you manage, and they are bulk billed.

Respect and dignity for everyone
We do not discriminate in the care we provide. Those in our care include the people who come in with you, and the people who work here. We ask for feedback, and we use it to change how we do things.
