Originally from Nepal, Dr Gurung completed his GP training in the UK in 2020 and worked in general practice in Nottinghamshire.
Shishir has relocated to Adelaide and has completed the supervised practice required of overseas-trained GPs. He has been granted specialist recognition in general practice in Australia, and is now completing the paperwork to have that recognition and his MRCGP credited toward Fellowship of the RACGP.
